Poppi bought Colin some brand new rain boots, and he just loves them. As soon as he saw them he wanted to try them on right away. He took him outside, after it rained and watched him slash in the puddles. He was enjoying himself so much, he didn't want to go back inside. Well here is the video I took the other day.
